Get the good night’s sleep you all need

Do your babies only nap for 30 minutes? Are you up countless times a night? Do you have a little on that has a meltdown before bed?

Sleep as a mother is something we always lack of, we have previously shared tip on making the most of your sleep and top 5 tips for a good night’s sleep.

I’ve had all these problems and more… My name is Phoebe… Mum of Amelie…I am a Certified Sleep Coach for children aged 0-6.

Let me tell you a bit about myself…. My little girl kept me up for hours on end at night and would cry her way through the day from being overtired, never wanted to nap and i had to rock her around for hours on end so she’d sleep. I felt like a failure as my little one wasn’t sleeping through the night and wasn’t doing everything my friends kids did. Id tried so many different techniques and programs that you find online, i’d try taking advise from my peers and friends but nothing seemed to work. After struggling for months i decided to start looking for help again when I stumbled upon a sleep coaching company. I registered with them straight away. After a couple of days we saw the first improvements. I didn’t think this was possible as i had months of struggling. After a couple of weeks she was sleeping through… I was SHOCKED. I never thought anyone was able to help me.

Because this changed my life i decided to do the training so I can change other peoples lives too. ‘Don’t want to let your child ‘cry it out’?’

How I can help…

Did you know 1 in 4 children have a harder time sleeping than others do? Self-settling is a learned skill where some children need a guided, gentle hand to help them learn it. Sleep is a vital part of life and plays an important part in a child’s development so a good nights sleep is really needed. For the parents as well.

Once you decide you need help on your sleep journey I will create a bespoke plan that works for you and your family to help resolve the issues you are having. I will talk you through the plan and teach you about sleep and where it could be going wrong for your family. I will support you and guide you through the plan and be with you along your journey to improve your little ones sleep. I shall be on hand to answer any questions you have along the way and tweak the plan when i feel your ready for the next step.

The System i use is a gentle, holistic approach to secure your attachment to your child. I know when i was looking for someone to help me, it was so important that i felt comfortable with the techniques being used.
