Noodles Sardinia (4 small or 2 standard portions)
Take:
200g rice noodles
1 can sardines, in oil
1 handful kale
1 handful frozen peas
Make:
Cook noodles according to packet instructions. Drain thoroughly. In a pan, stir in canned sardines, then kale and peas. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. Serve over noodles.
Serve:
This is a quick and versatile recipe. Sardines are naturally very flavourful, you normally don’t need to add extra salt to this.
