This recipe is super versatile, you can pack in as many veggies as you like, and they are super easy to whip up. Dip them in some ketchup or eats them in a burger, either way you won’t regret making them. Recipe by @doctorbowl.
▪️⅓ cup whole grain flour
▪️1 cup chopped spinach
▪️½ tsp salt (omit if making for babies)
▪️1 flax egg or 1 egg
▪️1 tsp baking powder
▪️1 crushed garlic clove
▪️6 tbsp water
▪️1 heaped cup sweetcorn
▪️Blend all the ingredients together apart from the oil. Reserve 1/4 cup of sweetcorn and spinach.
▪️Blend until fairly smooth. Then add the remaining sweetcorn and spinach.
▪️Add the oil to a fry pan
▪️Pour 1 tbsp of batter on to the frying pan and fry on both sides for about 5 minutes until golden brown
