Hello lovely KM readers,
Here’s your weekly newsletter from Kensington mums.
Keeping you in the loop with the local scoop

I hope you all had a lovely weekend and enjoyed London all in white. It is so beautiful to see our local parkS all covered in white. I hope your little ones enjoyed playing and building their snow man. Half term is fast approaching us, next week’s newsletter will be filled with different ways to keep your little ones entertained this Half term if you are staying in the Capital. I have spend long hours picking up favourite places to do and have left no stone unturned that will tick all boxes for the whole family to enjoy, from babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers. If you think other Mums and parents might  benefit from receiving the newsletter, please feel free to pass this onto them and they can simply subscribe by clicking here.

Our Kensington Mums Survey is still open. Your feedback would be very much appreciated in helping Kensington Mums cater to the Mummy community and to your needs in 2013. The survey is open for the whole month of January, so please click here if you would like to take part. The survey is completely voluntary and anonymous.

Me and a few other Kensington Mums had a fun morning last Wednesday at the Kids Zone, which is located in the National Army Museum. The Kids Zone is great for children aged 0-8 with forest and arctic themed climbing frames for kids to scale, slide and run through. There is also a soft play area for babies, toys, and arts and crafts. It is open daily from 10.10am to 5.15pm. For only £2.50 per child this is a great way for little ones to let off some steam. Tickets tend to sell out fast, so it is always best to book online to avoid disappointment.

There has been a lot of progress in the sewing class with some lovely local Mums. Little ones are well looked after in the crèche while us Mums are learning something new while having a good time. I highly recommend it! I will keep you updated on how we get on in this 12 week course. Read the what’s on section for the next course starting in March 2013.

London is beautiful, rain shine or snow!

Kensington Mums attended Family Art Workshop: Clay Creations at the National Portrait Gallery. There was a lot of moulding, squeezing to roll out and build a special portrait mug inspired by portraits in the Contemporary Collections.
