Kensington Mums was delighted to review this with the team after having stayed at the hotel before and tried their afternoon tea at Tara Tea Lounge.

Tantalising highlights include Singapore laksa (spicy noodle soup), we couldnt recommend this enough in this cold weather coming up, dim sum and nasi goreng (Indonesian stir-fried rice).
