Revitalize Your Busy Routine: Cupping and Massage at GinSen

In today’s fast-paced world, prioritizing self-care is more essential than ever. Amidst the hustle and bustle of Kensington High Street, GinSen stands out as a beacon of quiet holistic wellness, offering an array of traditional Chinese medicine treatments designed to rejuvenate both body and mind. Every mother deserves a bit of self care and self love, as you can’t pour from an empty cup.

One standout offering at GinSen is their cupping treatment, a centuries-old practice renowned for its ability to alleviate tension and promote healing. As I experienced firsthand, the skilled practitioners at GinSen utilise this ancient technique to target areas of discomfort and release built-up stress, leaving me feeling revitalised and balanced.

First I had a 15 min consultation, where the therapist  asked me questions and answered all my questions before going into the treatment room. This was done with the highest standards of care and professionalism throughout.

The cupping treatment was non-invasive and left me drifting to sleep. Following the cupping treatment, I complimented the therapeutic benefits of cupping with GinSen’s expert massage therapy, tailored to address my individual needs and promote overall well-being. From gentle relaxation massages to targeted deep tissue work, each session is personalised to enhance the body’s natural healing processes.

What truly sets GinSen apart is the expertise and professionalism of their doctors, certified by esteemed organisations such as the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) and The Royal Society of Medicine (RCM). This commitment to excellence ensures that every aspect of your experience at GinSen is of the highest standard, from the initial consultation to the final treatment.

Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic pain, looking to enhance your overall wellness, or simply craving a moment of relaxation, GinSen offers a sanctuary in the heart of Kensington. Treat yourself to the transformative power of traditional Chinese medicine and discover a new level of self-care with GinSen.

Dry and Hot  Cupping

This is a drug free, non invasive and pain free treatment. The therapist placed suction cups on the skin, for me it was on my back and left it there for a few minutes. This method helps to effectively ease conditions that create muscle and neck pains, stiff muscles, migraines and rheumatism. It’s been recommended by the therapist, that combining acupuncture releases, endorphins for better management of stress, anxiety and fatigue its roots cause.

Relaxing Massage

Indulge in the dual benefits of cupping and massage, as they work synergistically to melt away tension, soothe sore muscles, and promote deep relaxation. While cupping therapy targets specific areas of tension and stagnation, massage therapy complements this by improving circulation, enhancing flexibility, and releasing endorphins for a natural mood boost. It was a great combination together and I left feeling so much more relaxed.

Other treatments

GinSen also offers reflexology, lymphatic drainage and ear candling, do check out the range of treatments on offer.

Don’t let the stresses of motherhood hold you back – reclaim your vitality and embrace a renewed sense of balance with cupping and massage at GinSen. Book your appointment today and embark on a journey to holistic wellness like never before.

Do you suffer from dark under eye circles? If so, maybe salmon sperm is the answer

Beauty and Skincare Guide 2024

Polynucleotides are a revolutionary bio-stimulating treatment excellent for common under eye concerns namely dark circles, bags and mild under eye hollowing. They are made from salmon sperm proteins, purified, and injected into the under-eye area.

It is my favourite treatment because it works wonders. It is not a filler or neuromodulator, so it does not have the risks associated with those treatments but it works as a bio stimulator energising your own skin cells to give brighter, firmer, and smoother under eyes that continues to work for up to one year. If that’s not an investment, I don’t know what is.

If you are interested in the biology, it works its magic as follows:

  1. Produces more collagen and elastin improving fine lines, crepiness and hydration
  2. Increases blood flow improving puffiness
  3. Mops up antioxidants helping dark circles

My clinic, Dr Azadeh Clinic, is about promoting confidence through health including expert aesthetic advice and treatments. Studies have shown that the first thing people notice about people is their eyes, therefore it is a natural place to start if you want to look refreshed. I love combining this treatment with anti-wrinkle injections and skin boosters to give the ultimate I have slept for 10 hours glow.

As an experienced General Practitioner (15 years), and an Aesthetic doctor (8 years), I provide a personal service to have your physical and emotional health re-booted as well to have subtle refreshing anti-ageing procedures, so you leave feeling amazing, unleashing your superstar status.

Thérapie Clinic Launches Groundbreaking Core To Floor Treatment: A Game-Changer for Mums

Beauty and Skincare Guide 2024

Thérapie Clinic has unveiled a ground-breaking solution tailored for mums – the Core To Floor treatment. This innovative approach combines EMSCULPT and EMSELLA treatments to strengthen, firm, and tone both the abdomen and pelvic floor muscles, offering life-changing results.

Core To Floor harnesses High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic (HIFEM) technology to target key muscle groups. EMSCULPT focuses on the abdomen, while EMSELLA targets the pelvic floor. This addresses common issues like muscle loss, weakened pelvic floor after childbirth, and back discomfort from weak muscles.

Statistics reveal the importance of such solutions: after 30, individuals lose 3-5% of muscle mass per decade. 67% of women experience postnatal abdominal separation, leading to pelvic floor weakness. 26% attribute back discomfort to weak muscles from insufficient exercise.

During treatment, EMSCULPT isn’t painful but entails muscle contractions, akin to an intense workout. EMSELLA induces tingling sensations and pelvic floor muscle contractions.

The efficiency of Core To Floor is remarkable. Patients witness immediate results post-treatment, with noticeable improvements within two to four weeks, continuously enhancing over time.

In essence, Thérapie Clinic’s Core To Floor treatment offers mums a transformative solution to common postnatal and age-related concerns. By leveraging advanced technology and targeted muscle stimulation, this therapy empowers women to regain control over their bodies, enhancing strength, balance, and overall well-being. Say goodbye to muscle loss and pelvic floor weakness – with Core To Floor, mums can embrace vitality and confidence.

Core to Floor is available in Thérapie Clinics nationwide, visit www.therapieclinic.com to book a free consultation.

We would like to send a big warm and heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for our recent Kensington Easter Family Event, held in collaboration with Opportunity Kensington at the Jubilee Square in Kensington. It was truly a joyous occasion that brought families and communities together for some Easter-themed fun and festivities. Watch the fun video here.

We were thrilled to see such a great turnout, with families from all around coming to enjoy the activities and create lasting memories together. The morning was filled with an array of exciting activities and entertainment.

A big shoutout to CassArt for providing the arts and crafts activities, allowing children to unleash their creativity and imagination. The face painting station added an extra touch of fun and magic. Special thanks to Waterstones Kensington for providing a cozy book reading corner, and a session where families could and little ones enjoyed some captivating stories together.

The highlight of the event was undoubtedly the special appearance by none other than Mr. Bunny himself! Children and adults alike were delighted to meet our furry friend and capture precious moments with him and dance away with Action Amanda who provided lots of fun and entertainment for the little ones.

Little Prodigies in the heart of Notting Hill for families with babies and toddlers.

Little Prodigies

Unlocking potential together

In the labyrinth of childhood development, the role of the parent is unparalleled. At Little Prodigies, we believe that collaborative learning between educators and parents is the cornerstone of a child’s success. Our Developmental Classes Package fosters this invaluable partnership. Together, we can nurture a lifelong love for learning, one shared moment at a time.

A holistic approach to learning

Our Developmental Classes Package is much more than just teaching. It is a journey that intertwines structured learning with interactive experiences. Through 1 hour-long sessions, babies and toddlers explore the world of routine and structure, guided by educators trained in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Each session is based on a weekly theme inspired by our carefully selected Book of the Week.

Nurturing bonds through shared experiences

One of the distinctive features of our classes is the opportunity for you to sit alongside your babies and toddlers during our Book of the Week reading sessions. This shared experience not only cultivates a love for literature. But it also strengthens bonds, as children refine their listening skills and communication abilities in the presence of their parents or carers.

Little Prodigies

Tailored learning experiences

Our focus activities are meticulously designed to engage babies and toddlers of all abilities and interests. Every class introduces a new focus activity, so that children are exposed to a variety of concepts, vocabulary, and sensory experiences. From tactile exploration to mark-making and role-play, our classroom setup mirrors a nursery environment, encouraging young children to discover their passions while honing essential skills.

Empowering parents every step of the way

As part of our Developmental Classes Package, you gain access to a private Tapestry Account, an online learning journal where you can track your child’s progress through photos and observations from each class. Added to that, our curated videos, including our Book of the Week and educational songs, provide opportunities for continued learning at home.

Guidance beyond the classroom

Education does not stop at the classroom door of course. That’s why we offer informative Parent Workshops led by our Early Years Specialists. Topics range from nutrition and sleep to speech and language development. These workshops can provide you with the knowledge and tools to assist with your child’s holistic development.

Empowering families

Little ProdigiesAt Little Prodigies, we understand that education extends far beyond our four walls. And we appreciate that navigating the intricacies of a child’s development journey can sometimes feel overwhelming for parents. That’s why we are excited to announce the launch of our Early Years Consultation Services, designed to provide families with invaluable guidance. We can support you every step of the way.
