A big thank you to all the Mums who have participated in the Kensington Mums Exhibition, we are meeting up every Wednesday evening and Friday morning until the 17th of May, so if you would like to come along and take part just give us a shout. Kensington Mums is working in collaboration with Story of Mum and all material gathered by Kensington Mums Motherhood Exhibition will be included for the touring exhibition and events programme: “Story of Mum: Mums making an exhibition of themselves” culminating in an exhibition at the Museum of Motherhood in New York.


Kensington Mums Motherhood Exhibition. Save the date for Friday 7th of June 2013. Share your voices and stories. To participate in the exhibition you are invited to attend one of the meet up dates this week and the next couple of weeks. More info here.


Come kick it with the Kensington Mums for a complimentary private boxing class hosted by an expert instructor at Equinox Fitness Club in Kensington.

Free Drop-In Workshop: Frieze Frame at Somerset House. Saturday 4 May 12.00-15.00. Come along and try out a 3-D modelling workshop creating sea creatures inspired by the watery sculptures around Somerset House. For families with accompanied children aged 6-12. Click here for more information.

Under 3’s at St Peter’s Church. Drop-in, Tuesday-Friday from 9.45 to 11.45am throughout the year – except during august when the group does not meet on Fridays  there are plenty of toys, musical sing-along, space to run about no matter what the weather and a space to park your buggy. there are hot & cold drinks and the opportunity to chat and share with other parents and carers. there is a charge of £2.50 per child per session including refreshments. Address 59a Portobello Road, London W11 3DB. Click here to read our review.

Pop-Up Performances at Victoria and Albert Museum. Saturday 4 May – Who’s Been Sleeping in My Bed? From small stools to big beds, follow Goldilocks as she experiments with different kinds of furniture on her adventure in the three bears’ house.
