Kensington Mums events and meet ups

This week is our coffee meet up with the lovely group of Kensington Mums and their little ones. Thank you to everyone who got in touch. We have been overwhelmed with your response. The Jan coffee morning is now full. We do not have a date set yet for the next coffee morning, but if you would like to join in the fun then please email us at [email protected] with subject heading ‘Feb coffee morning’. It is a great way to meet local Mums and make friends. Babies and toddlers are always welcome. Why not volunteer to host our mumthly coffee mornings? You don’t need a big fancy pad, just a warm heart. Do get in touch!

Learn French the easy way. Ever wanted your little one to tell you ‘Bonjour’? Bring them along on a Saturday morning to the Institut français and watch a family French film suitable for ages 3+. Baby rhyme time and storytime at your local library. These are always great fun and always packed. Mondays, storytime 10am-10.20am at Kensington Central Library. Baby rhyme time, Wednesdays and Fridays starting at 10am-10.20am. These are always fun packed 20min sessions for under 5s and their carers. Ever wanted to learn a new skill? Knitting starts from Wednesdays from 19 February 2014, 1.30pm – 3.30pm until 26 March 2014 at Chelsea Open Air Nursery School and Children’s Centre 51 Glebe Place London SW3 5JE. Learn the basic techniques to produce a simple knitted item and to feel confident to continue learning other techniques by following written instructions. You will feel more confident after finishing the classes as you will be able to produce a knitted item by yourself. The course includes an Knitting starter kit (£5). Crèche available.
