Today’s featured article is by LDN Sports Stars. They run London based multi-sport holiday camps for primary school children.
Their camps allow children to experience a range of sports at just one location. At LDN Sports stars they believe that children should have the opportunity to experience as many sports as possible from a young age and they aim to provide a relaxed and friendly atmosphere for children of all abilities to progress and participate in a mixture of sports.
Jack O’Sullivan founded LDN Sports Stars to help relieve the pressure on parents working/living in the central London area. Currently he is teaching in the Chelsea and Kensington area and speaking to parents, it was clear that many children struggled to experience a variety of sports without their parents having to travel miles or signing up to numerous sports clubs. LDN Sports Stars takes away these complications making life simpler for parents.
Their first multi-sports camp will be running this October half term (24th-27th) at Harris Academy School in Battersea. This camp is for children currently in year 2, 3 or 4 and will include swimming/mini waterpolo, football, tag rugby and cricket. The camp will run daily from 9.30am – 2pm.
They have the use of both indoor and outdoor facilities meaning that the weather will never be an issue. All of coaches are qualified in their specific sport and are experienced in teaching primary school children. To keep children as safe as possible they will always have a qualified lifesaver and paediatric first aider on site.
