  1. Please introduce yourself: Name, what do you do & how many children you have.

My name is Evgenia Lazareva, and I am a founder of Phileas Fox Multilingual Nursery School in London. I have a seven-year-old son George.

  1. How do you manage to juggle work and life balance as a mother?

I am fortunate to have flexibility in my job and work similar hours and dates to my son’s school. I have a great team whom I trust and delegate, and all the extra work and projects I try to do when he is out with friends or other family.

  1. What top tips would you give to any working mum?

Have a good planner or time management system that works for you and learn to prioritise. Don’t forget to include time for yourself in there, as you cannot pour from an empty cup!

  1. What do you love most about London? Do you have a favourite spot with your children?

London’s parks provide a perfect balance which is much needed in such a busy city. We love Regents park, with its beautiful canals and gardens, which is right next to us.

  1. How do you define quality ‘me-time’?

Reading and meeting up with close girlfriends for a good catch up and a laugh- without the kids!

  1. What is your favourite & least favourite thing about parenthood?

Favourite- watching my child growing up and all the small changes that happen daily in the process. Least- having occasional doubts if I am doing it right, but I have accepted that we all have those and it will be alright!

  1. Tell us something people don’t know about you.

I wish I was a scientist!

  1. Given we are all about embracing Motherhood, what advice would you give a first time Mum?

Embrace all the advice that comes your way but only do what feels right for you and your family.

10. Finally, please let us know what you love most about Kensington Mums?

I love the vibe and the likeminded spirit. Sometimes you read a post and think, “I could have said that”, and it puts a smile on your face.
