We had the pleasure to meet the whole team at Studio Figura, they are so lovely and caring, which is the most important thing to have: a supporting team looking after you when you are in the journey of wanting to change your body and how you feel overall.
Sylwia Sokolowska, is the genius behind this brilliant idea – a west London wellness centre Studio Figura. She is a true inspiration for every woman out there, using her own words “Studio Figura is her own baby” as she explained to us that the idea came up after her own struggle to maintain and achieve a healthy weight. Her story is an amazing one that will inspire anyone, as it did with us. Her team is super nice and so helpful.
They are really there to help all women that are looking to change their bodies and want to feel good under their skin. They are there to assist you with a targeted plan to help you achieve your body goal.
They do this by creating bespoke treatment plans whilst implementing the diverse machines that they have at the studio. We were so impressed as we have never seen these machines before with such technologies. We will try to explain but we highly encourage you to pay a visit as you need to see it to believe it.
In the Fitness Zone they have:
The Vacu Shaper, which is a treadmill that combines the advantages of physical effort with the effect of being under pressure as you are inside a capsule. Hence, there is improvement in blood circulation therefore reducing cellulite and it also releases the “happy hormones”.
Infra Swan Shaper used for body shaping with infrared heating with 4 infrared lamps assisting in the deep reconstruction of collagen fibers, regeneration of the skin and activating all muscle parts. This machine provides a full body workout and increases the number of calories burned.
Tulip, yes not the flower we all know, this machine combines the advantages of training on a traditional stair climber with the infrared light. It is said that this is the most effective way to lose weight and burn calories as your pulse will be raised in a short time and so burn many calories. The innovative hot/cold technology is extremely effective in the fight against cellulite and firming the lower parts of the body. This machine is perfect if you have lower back pains.
The Roller Shaper is designed to make a mechanical massage on the whole body through 18 different positions. The wooden balusters stimulate the skin surface and the lymph flow that is right under the skin. It is the most effective method for cellulite reduction, smoothing stretch marks and reshaping buttocks. It also has infrared radiation which heats the skin tissue to a depth of 2cm supporting the process of weight loss, slimming and muscle recovery.

The Relaxing Zone:
Electrostimulation where you are simply lying in a comfortable bed and your muscles cramp by low frequency current. A 30 min session is equivalent to 450-600 sit ups! Simply the dream come true for all of us! It supports slimming and modelling the body. Ideal for the abdomen, thighs and buttocks. Electrostimulation can be an alternative to physical exercise in case of some injuries or an incident that prevents from working out.
Lymphatic Drainage – this is a specialised device where you simply put on some “pants” that offer a deep pressotherapy which stimulates the production of new lymphatic fluids and the expansion of lymphatic vessels and eliminates liquids and toxins.
In the Prestigious Zone:
Endermologie is a non-invasive cellulite and body contouring treatment. It helps minimise and eradicate body fat and it can also be used in the face for tightening like a face lifting. It stimulates your skin’s natural production of collagen and elastin to plump, firm and prevent the signs of ageing with no downtime.
Ultrasonic Cavitation is where fat cells are destroyed through ultrasounds and they are then transported to the liver through the vascular and lymphatic systems. They are then expelled the same way as food and drink. After just one treatment you will lose inches off your targeted area. Radio Frequency body contouring treatment is great for skin tightening after fat reduction treatment or weight loss. This is the perfect machine for us mums after postpartum!
Vacuum Massage is a non-invasive method that lifts the skin creating a fold and causes a rush of fresh blood, oxygen and nutrients increasing the lymphatic circulation that drains away waste materials and products. Great and very effective against cellulite.
