Here is where you can decide how you will divide your assets among your child(ren) or any other person and also the proportion either equally, fully, etc. You can also select a charity if you wish to donate to. You can also add your funeral plan if you have one and also what will happen to your body and if you want to be an organ donor. Then you have the “Gift” section where you can be as specific as possible and ensure that all your belongings will be “gifted” to that special person of yours. Then just as simply as that you are done with the sections and so ready to decide to either go for the “My Basic Will” option that you can print & sign at your own home that will be reviewed on submission and is legally binding, or you can also go for the “My Will +” option which gives you a professional bound Will with 1st class delivery and no need to print for £39 or “Premium Will” which is professionally bound, you will also have first class delivery and returns and no need to print, they offer lifetime secure storage and also upload to the National Will Registry and it will be professionally checked for only £49.
For security purposes, which is always a good practice, the system will log you off if there is no activity, you just need to log back in and get on with it. Another thing that I really liked, is as you can imagine we are always, surely I am, most of the time multi-tasking, and so if you have the roast for dinner inside the oven, meanwhile taking advantage and answering some emails from work, and in the meantime also writing your Will you can be happy to know that the system automatically saves all you have plugged in so if you get logged off you can easily come back to finish the part you still need to complete. All this to say you can do your Will in stages and not in one shot and have the peace of mind that all you have done so far will be saved.
