In this workshop, an expert baker will show you how to make the perfect dough for a variety of fluffy and light scones. You will create a batch of fennel scones, cheese and herb scones as well as the classic scone. You will also make Bread Ahead’s classic homemade jam, the quintessential pairing for any afternoon tea.
