A special menu has been created for Pizzeria in Harrods taking the form of a culinary battle between resident head chef Guiseppe Silvestri and guest chef Matteo Riganelli from Macellaio RC. The “battle” will be based on the longstanding friendly rivalry between the Neopolitan ‘pizza’ and the Ligurian ‘pissa’.
