How and why they started EXALT…Similar to most of us, especially us mums, leading lives that are pretty much full on with long days and short nights; if our little ones don’t sleep through the night, that is. Where we have the same routine and find ourselves with endless “to do lists” that keep on getting longer and the items on the list can’t be crossed out as quickly as we keep on adding more to them. To top this list, we also have to cook and prepare meals for the whole family and also cater to the specific needs of each member of the family. Plus school runs, then after school activities, and the list never ends!
These are some of the many reasons why we find ourselves with little time to eat healthy and we simply get what we can on the go and that is when it is so easy to nibble on that so not healthy snack and things we are able to find on the way. Well, now that can all change thanks to Charlie and Dan.
Charlie and Dan, left their office jobs and headed to a kitchen in Hackney where they began to develop this new miracle liquid ~Exalt ~ which will change the bad habit and you will quickly find yourself adopting this new healthy approach. Perfect timing just in time for new year’s resolution.
Charlie and Dan saw this opportunity as they are fully aware of how time consuming it can be to eat healthy. Even if we, mums, can plan ahead of time and prepare meals in advance. We all have experienced that moment where we were running late or needed to rush unexpectedly and then couldn’t even have a healthy breakfast. I can tell you that I had the chance to try for myself and loved them all. If I need to select one as my favorite it is indeed very hard as they all taste delicious as opposed to the other meal replacement juices I have tried before. These are all delicious. But truth be told and surprisingly as chili is not my friend at all in fact I don’t even like pepper that is how little I like spicy food or anything spicy – but their Firestarter Juice is out of this world and my other favourite one was the Fauxtella – who can even imagine you can drink a taste-like pure nutella smoothie and still be losing weight? Type -A- Fuel ~ filled with protein with organic whey and cacao blended with a double shot of coffee really gets you that kick start you need every morning. You can taste the sweetness coming from the dates and almond butter to keep you satisfied the oats make it a job well done.
Berry Fast ~ complete smoothie with their signature triple -release protein with organic whey and Madagascan vanilla taste mixed with strawberries, blackberries and raspberries, bananas and also oats will leave you completely satisfied and ready for the day ahead. Can’t forget to mention the delicious taste of almond butter all which will provide you with vitamins and antioxidants.
Very Berry Vegan ~ This is blended with their signature pea, pumpkin and hemp seed protein and Madagascan vanilla seeds for a super intense delicious flavour. The strawberries and raspberries are all heavenly mixed with their overnight oats, almond butter and beetroot to boost your performance in sports and also in the bedroom 🙂 For those of you that are like me and think that the beetroot has an overpowering earthy taste, I can say you can’t taste it at all. Go ahead be naughty and nice at the same time and over perform with this smoothie 😉
Lean Machine ~ this seems to be their most popular one – it is a perfect post-workout shake. It contains their triple release protein with organic whey and Madagascan vanilla which is blended by hand -yes you read right “by hand” with their overnight oats, almond butter and bananas. Allowing you to last the whole afternoon without any cravings.
Fauxtella ~ The name is simply brilliant and so perfect as it indeed tastes as you are drinking Nutella, I mean I couldn’t even believe it. The best one for me by far – my favourite one. It has their signature vegan protein blended with organic cacao that is mixed with dates, oats, hazelnut butter and hazelnut milk. Simply the best one to have when you are craving for something sweet like a jar of Nutella. Simply reach out for your Fauxtella – your guilt-free treat.
Supercharged Cold-Pressed juices Range
Nip and Tuck which was called before Better Than Botox ~ filled with green goodness inside that includes kale, spinach, apple, mango, lime and ginger, and the most important for us mums out there it also has collagen. I mean what else can we ask for? For it to taste amazing they even thought of this too. Trust me it is a delicious packed green juice.
Chilled AF ~ the most refreshing one with a mix of fresh pineapple, orange, mango and lime juice and basil all infused with an organic plant extract “Calming Plant” extract oil for ultimate effect.
Firestarter ~ My second favorite.This one has a punchy caffeine from guarana seed, maca root, kola nut and natural coffee extract. It tastes like cherry and pomegranate juice with lime and the best is the kick of ginger and super energising chilli. Caution, this one’s powerful. Total bliss and makes you feel with a lot of energy – at least it did for me I was ready to take on the world.
Kensington Mums EXALT Experience – Two Week Weight loss plan
EXALT RESET is their 2-week nutrition plan designed by Ro Huntriss, the clinical-lead nutritionist & dietitian that worked with Charlie and Dan to design this plan. The plan itself will help you with nutritional balance by ingesting 1200 calories per day. Offering you a super easy and safe way to lose weight and the best part to stop the bad habits tend to have.
I was super excited to start this diet and set up my daily goals as they also recommend to exercise at least 5 times per week. If you are the type that doesn’t enjoy exercising, I can suggest to try and walk as much as possible. So, a good idea is to instead of doing grocery shopping by car, walking or even using a scooter, anything that will make it harder to buy things you don’t really need and also adding some exercises whilst doing it. Also, doing all the house chores, even the ones you share with your family members is a good way of exercising. However, I do highly recommend even if you don’t like it to do at least a 25 min cardio intense class that will allow you to see changes that will motivate you even more to carry on this plan, as it did myself. Plus, you deserve this time for you alone, away from your family and doing something just for you.
As soon as you place your order you will be notified of the status of the delivery of your juices. They are really good with this providing you a specific time for the delivery and informing you and sending you notifications. I was so excited when the first batch of juices arrived in a well insulated box the juices were fresh and cold. The first box comes with 14 drinks they will also send you your daily meal plan, a PDF you will keep and follow to ensure the optimum results. The best of all is that the recipes are super easy and they taste delicious so much so that my husband even ate with me. So, unlike the other juice diets I have tried this one you can eat and still will be able to achieve results – yes, me too I was so surprised. So you don’t need to simply drink juices and ingest nothing. You actually eat a proper meal and also can have some snacks! Plus the other amazing thing as well is that you don’t feel the need to snack neither did I feel hungry at all. In fact, I was even skipping the suggested snack on some days. Like they say the range of drinks they provide to you are freshly made and offer you powerful nutrition in a colored controlled way and what is best it is very convenient. You simply need to follow the plan they send you and then do your part by also doing some exercises preferably on a daily basis if possible.
They made it so simple and easy as they included in the plan the shopping list of the items you need to have ready to start your weight goals. The recipes are delicious, simple and easy too, with portion control meals.
