Pregnancy yoga & birth preparation (6-weeks course, starts on 7th of May)
Join Désirée on Saturdays 10.45am-12pm in the vestry at Christ Church Kensington to prepare your body and mind for a positive birth experience and the transition to motherhood.
This 6-weeks course is specially designed to be safe, effective, fun and enjoyable for pregnant women (from 14 weeks until baby arrives). Classes include gentle moves, stretches, adapted yoga poses, breathing exercises as well as some visualisation and relaxation practices to allow you and your baby time to bond and relax.
Before and after the class will be time to enjoy a cup of tea and connect with the other mums-to-be.
No previous yoga experience needed.
Mats and blocks are provided, but you can also bring your own if you wish.
