Kensington Mums had the pleasure to meet this lovely lawyer – Malieh who decided to become a mumpreneur and opened up her own little cosy practice where she offers bespoke face and body treatments to mums as well as to every women who deserve some pampering as she also offers facials and massages.
The Practice
There is no receptionist, Malieh herself, provides you with her undivided attention, she is the one who will take care of you from start to end. This, naturally, makes the whole experience very personal. This cosy little practice is conveniently located on the High Road in Chiswick. Treatments are done in a small comfortable room. She has all the equipment and machinery necessary for her treatments, refreshments and also managed to have a little comfy sofa where you can sit before or after the treatment or where your friend, who came with you, can comfortably sit whilst you are being treated.
About Malieh
She is a real mumpreneur who always had a passion for skincare. She, as her mum, never wears makeup and has always taken care of her skin and it clearly shows as she has gorgeous skin. She is a mum of 2 boys. She left her lawyer career and became a certified trained skin specialist. She delivers non-surgical face and body treatments using different techniques and platforms so all her patients can get a the desired natural result.
Her motto is that our skin is our “display to the outside world” and therefore the more we look after it the more confident everyone can feel. So, she creates bespoke packages to cater to the specific needs of her clients. Keeping true to her ethos: “The natural look”, her philosophy is empowerment and great skincare is her life.
Treatments
Malieh offers a wide range of treatments catering to your specific needs from facials all the way to Lipofirm Pro. She has her Mal’s Signature Bespoke facial, Acne Rescue facial,
24K Gold Facial, Cocktail Infusion facial, and the Vitamin C Booster – the brightening facial. Then she also has a range of Advanced Facial Plus such as her Non Surgical Lipofirm Pro Facelift, The Tone, Lift and Contour facial, and Hydro Bomb facial. From the Body treatments you can book in a Lymphatic Massage, Cellulite Buster, Back facial and Booty facial. Last but not least, she offers the Lipofirm Pro treatments this machine specialises in fat reduction, body sculpting and skin tightening.
Our Experience
Malieh, very professionally, before booking me in asked the following questions if I have any medical conditions, if I am taking any medications and if so to disclose them and if I have any allergies. Once we cleared these questions, she was able to book me in for Lipofirm Pro – she asked me which area I wanted to target and shared that the most popular areas amongst her clients are the stomach and sides. So, I went forward with these areas. Once I was booked I received immediately an email confirming my appointment and I then also got a reminder email closer to my appointment date.
As soon as I arrived at her practice, I was greeted by her and she took my temperature following the safety Covid-19 protocols and she was wearing a mask throughout the whole time. She gave me a form to fill out standard procedures and then took the time to explain all very thoroughly. She then started to take my measurements and took pictures of the area that was to be treated so we can see before and after results. Malieh is so friendly and caring I really felt as if I knew her forever. I then lay on the bed and she went on explaining every single thing she was doing. She applied a gel to the area that was to be treated and alerted me the gel can be cold. She then started the machine and it felt like she was doing a massage and that there were some contractions done to the muscle. This is because Lipofirm releases fat using radio-frequency energy. The radio-frequency energy heats the fat cells and causes them to secrete liquid fat. I have to say it felt a little strange at first but then it was OK and since I don’t mind the heat it was a lovely warm feeling in the area. For roughly half an hour she made circular movements with the device all around my tummy and sides. It went by so quickly as we engaged in a conversation and the time flew by. Immediately right after, my tummy and side were red but this is a normal reaction as she explained and also my skin tends to be sensitive as it is very fair.
Malieh then took the measurements again and surprisingly I lost 2 inches right away. I can’t even imagine the amazing results I could get if I booked in for a couple of more sessions.
