Chia Seed Pudding – Recipe


with almond butter, blueberries and freeze-dried raspberries

My 14 month old daughter is very independent, and insists on feeding herself. However, the only thing she lets me feed her is this chia seed pudding which she loves. Chia seeds are a great source of omega 3 and fibre, antioxidants from the blueberries, and nuts which contain vitamin E, omega 3 and 5, and have been shown to have numerous health benefits. Freeze dried raspberries retain their nutritional value and are really handy for when raspberries are out of season. This pudding is so versatile, and great for the whole family.


  • 1 ½ cups of oat milk
  • ½ cup of chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp of almond butter
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Mix all the ingredients together, and place together in a small jar. Leave for at least 4 hours. Mix again, and serve with blueberries and freeze dried raspberries.
