Blend my Day was launched in France in 2018 by serial entrepreneur Alex Sagakian, to deliver whole foods and nutritionist-approved breakfasts straight to your door in a convenient frozen format. We ordered a variety of products including smoothies, protein shakes and overnight oats. We had a selection of choices with energising ready to blend smoothies which the kids loved and as a mum I secretly preferred them to processed breakfast bars. They arrived on time, in a sealed frozen box, ready to freeze away. The ingredients are minimally processed whole foods such as fruit and veg, nuts and seeds or grain. There is nothing hidden, and definitely no nasties. With blend my day, you can fuel your day without compromise on taste or nutrition.
The steps are easy to follow, with one step prep. Blend my day do all the hard work which is great for busy mums on the go, you have none of the prep but all the glory for a quick and fast breakfast. For the oats, we stacked the oats overnight (6hours+) with our preferred milk. They even suggest which milk is most suitable with each bowl choice. You add the topping provided and enjoy it in the morning. Blend my day have a range of 6 oat bowls including PURPLE GRAINS, NUTTY BOY and MANGO GLOW just to name a few.
The ready to blend smoothies came out of the freezer in their individual paper cup. The smoothie range includes breakfast smoothies and anytime smoothies. Each cup contains all the pre-chopped and pre-portioned whole food ingredients you need to blend the perfect smoothies each time. We just added our chosen milk, blended and poured to enjoy.
The whole food protein shakes are made from real frozen fruits and vegs, nut butter, seeds and dates. They don’t contain any artificial sweeteners and are 100% clean. You can also feel that in the taste.
