By submitting a listing request to Kensington Mums for inclusion in the directory, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Kensington Mums reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
- Listing Approval
Submission of a directory listing request does not guarantee approval. Kensington Mums reserves the right to review and approve or reject any listing at its sole discretion.
- Listing Content
- Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information for your listing.
- Content Restrictions: Listings must not contain unlawful, defamatory, or inappropriate content. Kensington Mums reserves the right to reject or remove any content that violates these terms. Kensington Mums does not accept any copyright images to be submitted.
- Fees and Payments
- Fees: Kensington Mums directory listings are subject to fees. By submitting a listing request, you agree to pay any applicable fees.
- Payment Terms: Payment terms, including billing cycles and methods, will be specified in the invoice or payment communication.
- Duration and Renewal
- Listing Duration: The duration of your directory listing will be specified upon approval. Listings may be subject to renewal, and failure to renew may result in removal from the directory.
- Renewal Fees: If applicable, renewal fees will be communicated in advance. Failure to pay renewal fees may result in the removal of your listing.
- Termination
Kensington Mums reserves the right to terminate or suspend any listing without notice for any violation of these terms or for any other reason deemed necessary.
- Intellectual Property
- Ownership: As a subscriber to your listing, you retain ownership of the intellectual property rights to your listing content.
- License: By submitting a listing, you grant Kensington Mums a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your listing on the Kensington Mums website and associated marketing materials.
- Material: your material is your own original work or you are authorised to provide it to the website; your material is not defamatory (that is, it does not damage someone’s good reputation), does not take away or affect any other person’s privacy rights, copyright, contract rights or any other rights, and does not otherwise break any laws of England and Wales; and that you have the right to give us permission to use it for the purposes specified above.

- Limitation of Liability
Kensington Mums will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the directory.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
- Duration of listing
All listings are for a 12 month period. The prices and the terms of payment for a listing on Kensington Mums Business Directory are displayed at all times on this website, including the point where you choose to make a purchase. The subscriber understands and agrees that upon purchasing a listing for their business, said listing will automatically renew on the date of expiration except where the subscriber notifies termination thereof to the Kensington Mums Business Directory prior to the subscription’s expiration date. A listing for one company cannot be substituted for a listing for another. The subscriber can cancel their subscription at any time by contacting us, with termination taking effect from the end of the validity period covered by the last annual payment made.
- Cancellation of listing
Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time by contacting us, with termination taking effect from the end of the validity period covered by the last annual payment made. For instances where a subscriber requires a listing to be removed immediately, please contact us. A refund for the remaining subscription period will not be offered. If a subscriber removes their listing within the 12 month period any reinstatement of the said listing will be charged at the price rate of the original subscription.
- Subscribers
Kensington Mums will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of the presence of a listing on the Kensington Mums directory listing.
