We had a great workout time at Sweaty Betty in Kensington with some lovely group of Mums.
We had a mood boosting workout by Claire Cole, a total body resistance bands workout you can do anywhere. Tone up, get stronger, resistance band exercises help engage all of your major muscle groups. Pelvic floor safe and run by a fully qualified Sweaty Betty instructor. No matter what your physical health or fitness goal is, bands have benefits for everyone, they can help improve strength, balance and mobility.
