Pasta Sardinia (4 small or 2 standard portions)
Something easy and yum to do with the kids at home.
250 pasta shapes
1 can sardines
3 tbsps vegetable antipasto
½ tbsp tomato purée
Cook pasta shapes according to packet instructions. Drain thoroughly. Stir in canned sardines, antipasto sauce and tomato purée.
This is a quick and versatile recipe. Why not add other vegetables such as canned sweet corn or frozen peas / spinach?
