Harrods Grotto 2017

Today’s review is by a Kensington Mums and little one’s Harrods Grotto ever popular experience.
I was delighted to enjoy the Harrods Christmas Grotto this year, even more when I realised that shortly after I secured my slot, the event was completely sold-out without any chance to find a ‘ticket’ whatsoever. This year the Grotto experience included Harrods’ Elf School and a Meeting with Santa, in a really cosy and well-assembled area next to the Toy Kingdom.
My daughter was particularly fascinated by the decorations and by the Elves’ performance, though her favourite moment was when she had a chance to knock on the door and there was Santa waiting to greet us. She seemed quite attracted by this sweet old friend with a big white beard and truly enjoyed the beautiful red gift bag with a Harrods Teddy and a Harrods gold chocolate coin he offered us. In the end, we took a photo with him and made our way back home.
Fantastic experience, highly recommended for next year. Make sure you book your places online early to avoid disappointment.
