Fit Yoga to your Schedule!

Don’t have time for Yoga? Not anymore…

Finding time for your yoga practice can be a struggle. Work, home life and social commitments can leave little time leftover to roll out your mat.

For novice Yogis, a yoga studio can be an intimidating place when you are just starting out on your yoga journey.

A study from the Yoga Journal shows that nearly 50% of Yogis prefer to practice at home using videos, rather than attend a group class in a studio.

Everyone and every body is different so private yoga instruction is the best way to get started and learn the postures, or ‘asanas’.

Yogi2me is the first on-demand app that provides experienced and passionate yoga teachers to your door. In just a few taps, you can book a yoga teacher to your office – ideal for those living a fast-paced, London lifestyle – or enjoy a class in the comfort of your own home.

As a Yoga Concierge, we understand the importance of delivering first-class services and consistency to our clients. Our Yoga teachers are individually auditioned and screened by our yogic founding team to ensure our clients are taught by the very best. All of our teachers are hand picked depending on their training and expertise.

We also offer international Yogis who travel the world to train with the best teachers and then return to share their knowledge and experiences.

It’s your yoga journey, so the class will be tailored to suit both your level and requirements. Choosing the right teacher is simple, you can watch a short introductory video of each teacher on the app to choose the one who fits you best.

Yogi2me is transformational for users. You can even introduce loved ones or colleagues to yoga by sharing your class and book a class with up to five additional attendees!

Choosing the right type of yoga for you is important but can be confusing if you’re new to the practice.

“We have four yoga categories to keep it simple: Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga,” says Yogi2me co-founder Sarah Drai.

Vinyasa Yoga focuses on aligning breathing and movement to achieve an active meditative state. The practice allows you to cultivate balance, flexibility and endurance.

Traditionally, Hatha Yoga refers to all type of physical Yoga. Today, the term refers to a gentle flow of asanas with emphasis on details, precision and posture alignment.

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice that usually includes pranayama exercise, during which asanas are held for five minutes to increase circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. We use blankets for a comfortable and relaxing practice.

Pregnancy Yoga classes combine posture, breathing and meditation to improve sleep and strengthen the muscles needed for childbirth.

There is a type for everyone. As long as you can breathe you can do yoga.

The benefits of Yoga go far beyond improving your flexibility. Practicing Yoga on a regular basis will improve your day-to-day life.
