Amanda was inspired to set up her classes after attending a music and movement training course whilst working in the leisure industry. She put into practise everything she had learnt and discovered she has a natural affinity with young children. Amanda’s Action Club runs weekly sessions in private nurseries and children’s centres across London helping to promote the importance of exercise and fitness to the under 5’s and their families.
