This recipe is incredibly easy to make, healthy and the kids will love it!
Chicken & vegetable pasta sauce
Serves: 2 adults & 2 children
Cooking time: 30 minutes
2 tsp olive oil
1 garlic clove
Medium zucchini, diced
Medium red pepper, diced
1 pack diced chicken breast
Dried oregano to taste
Basil to taste
1. Heat oil in non-stick pan. Cook the chicken breast, then set aside.
2. Cook garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Then add zucchini & red pepper. Cook for 6-8 minutes or until they begin to soften.
3. Add tinned tomatoes, herbs & chicken & simmer until sauce has thickened.
4. Serve with pasta & grated cheese
