What to expect at FoxHills Club and Resort
We were greeted by friendly staff upon check in. The hotel has private card park for guest and members. We stayed in a connecting family room. However, Foxhills’ also has family suites which are purpose-built two-bedroomed ground floor apartments equipped with everything needed for an easy family staycation. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
Live the family country club lifestyle at FoxHills Club and Resort.

What to do at Foxhills Club and Resort
With more than 200 weekly activities and adventures, there’s plenty to see and do at Foxhills. With an Olympic array of facilities and family activities on offer, time spent at Foxhills can be as action-packed or relaxing as you choose.
You can choose from wellbeing classes, dozens of outdoor sports, fitness, and indoor cycle classes for parents/teens to an array of activities for tiny tots including arts & crafts, lawn games and mini ballet. Foxhills’ woodland adventure playground provides the perfect space for young guests’ imaginations to run wild, complete with zip line, obstacle course, balance beams and a group swing. We enjoyed a nice family walk in the woodland trails so got a good look at the whole area’s abundant nature together. The resort’s designated family building, The Pavilion, is home to a soft play area, role play high street, a games room, two pools for family swim and a football net on the green.
Its the ideal family staycation, they have it all covered for you, all you need to do is choose what activity to do and how you wish to spend your day.
In case that wasn’t enough, and you are after a more active workout, you can enjoy Foxhills’ spacious gym, named National Gym of the Year at the National Fitness Awards 2022. They also have a Ride group cycling studio, a vast fitness class timetable and expert personal training. One of my favourite hide out and discoveries was the yoga cabin, set within the tranquil woodlands, it is a pure escape where specialist instructors lead a range of classes from yoga and Pilates to Tai Chi and guided meditation.
For many, Foxhills means golf. It is one of Surrey’s premier golf clubs, it features two world-class 18-hole golf courses, the nine-hole, par-three Manor Course and exemplary practice facilities and covered driving range.
Award Winning dining
Experience the latest in culinary excellence AA Rosette dining at FoxHills Club and Resort.
The Fox Dining located in the heart of the 19th-century Manor House. We had dinner there and really enjoyed award-winning dining across three individually designed rooms. We would especially recommend the Tempura Cod cheeks and pigeon for starters and as for mains, we really enjoyed the Seaweed Gnocchi and Lamp rumb. Breakfast is also served there and you can choose a la carte or from the breakfast bar.
The Hotel also has a brasserie-style restaurant called Nineteen, and bar with golf course views. You can enjoy drinks, light bites or wholesome British classics daily. Something good to know is that children aged six years and older are able to dine at any time in Nineteen. Children under six are welcome from 3pm.
Wait there is more, located within the Pavillion, Flo’s is ideally located next to the indoor family pool so great for a coffee or bite to eat for big and littles ones. Make sure you try their ice cream with special toppings of your choice. With fresh smoothies, craft beers and wonderful children’s menus, Flo’s is perfect for all the family. We had really good weather when we were there so we really enjoyed having our lunch outside the picturesque gardens and golf course.
At Manor Lounge, you can enjoy a range of ‘British Tapas’ light bites for lunch and cocktails/drinks until late. Afternoon tea and coffee is also served all day.
Award winning spa
Something that any mother or couple really need is me time. The HealthSpa – crowned Best Hotel & Spa Facility in the National Fitness Awards 2022- is an oasis of calm comprising an indoor swimming pool, a hydro-pool with massage jets, steam room, relaxation room, two Finnish saunas, an outdoor hot tub, and a spa garden featuring a chemical-free natural swimming pool purified by plants and minerals.
Kensington Mums was lucky to be invited for a 50 min Therapeutic massage by professional therapist. Its a great way to restore and rejuvenate and to leave feeling relaxed.
We had so much fun that the kids didn’t want to go home. Thank you Foxhills Club and Resort for a wonderful staycation, your staff were so friendly and hospitable on all levels. We will definitely be back again.
