Children will immerse themselves in a variety of brand-new activities, experiments and group challenges. The emphasis is on fun, yet, we encourage learning through hands-on activities and dialogue.
In the STEAM Camp, children will discover how engineers construct buildings to withstand the snow and ice, how robots can assist with the deliverance of presents and the role of coding in delivering presents on time. In the Science Camp, children will investigate insulation experiments, the physics of helping Santa and solving the mystery of the missing presents. In the Debating Camp, children will learn about the judicial system, how to write a presidential speech and debate scientific research topics. Jingle Bell is a fun and festive movie making workshop for ages 7-12, taking place during the December holidays 2019.
Movie makers will star in a show-stopping musical production. They’ll have fun with singing, dancing and acting. They’ll also show off all their talents behind the camera, as they crew their movie too.

Over an action-packed three days, movie makers will create their own stunning musical sequences, inspired by classic movie musicals and new favourites too.
They’ll take part in music workshops, as well as choreography sessions. They’ll storyboard their movie, then take part in camera rehearsals to perfect lots of fun roving shots to showcase their performances.
At the end, movie makers will have created a fun and festive movie musical production to show off all their incredible performance talents.

If you can only attend one event this December, make it World Child Cancer’s ‘The Spirit of Christmas‘ sponsored by Praemium. The evening will feature performances by Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Choir and Edmund Waller Primary School.
Tickets to the event are free, but we greatly welcome any donations to support children with cancer around the world. All donations to the event will be doubled by the UK government as part of our Close the Cancer Gap appeal.
The evening is a festive celebration for the whole family, with Harrods mince pies and mulled wine to be enjoyed after.

The Solving Kids’ Cancer Christmas Carol Concert will take place on Wednesday 11 December 2019 at St Mary’s Church, Marylebone.
This enchanting candlelit evening will feature performances from the London Oratory School Chamber Choir. There will be seasonal readings by a host of special and we will also be serving complimentary mulled wine and mince pies.
Kids are invited to celebrate the spirit of Christmas, with child-friendly drinks and treats for them to enjoy. Rumour has it, Father Christmas will be making an appearance and handing out presents too!

The Hall’s festive programme also includes 14 of the venue’s famous sing-along carol concerts – including a relaxed performance – as well as Handel’s Messiah, an evening with Katherine Jenkins, and a Films in Concert presentation of E. T. the Extra Terrestrial.
